Robertson Bell are supporting our client to recruit an Interim Accounts Receivable Officer on an initial three-month contract. The head office is based in central London and the finance department operate on a hybrid working pattern.
The Interim Accounts Receivable Officer’s main responsibilities will include:
- Primarily data and income processing.
- Reconciling the bank accounts daily, updating the shared spreadsheets to then post onto the CRM system.
- Posting journals, raising and posting sales invoices.
- Opening and scanning mail, coding and banking cheques.
The successful Interim Accounts Receivable Officer must have:
- Substantial experience working in a Accounts Receivable/Sales Ledger role. Â
- Experience using numerous financial accounting softwares and strong Excel skills, with the ability to use VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and extract data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
