Description

  • Manage and oversee all of the treasury function.
  • Manage a large multi billion £ debt portfolio, including refinancing the debt portfolio and lead on new financing
  • Review and suggest improvements for treasury operations, including systems and processes
  • Monitor and manage cash flow and liquidity.
  • Manage the FX and IR risks
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, as well as debt covenants and terms
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the treasury team.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the Board.
  • Establish strong relationships with financial institutions including banks, credit rating agencies and advisors.
  • Investment appraisal and business development support

Profile

A successful Treasurer should have:

  • Experience in Corporate Treasury, ideally infrastructure or Energy
  • Experience of financing
  • A professional treasury or accounting qualification.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
