Description
- Manage and oversee all of the treasury function.
- Manage a large multi billion £ debt portfolio, including refinancing the debt portfolio and lead on new financing
- Review and suggest improvements for treasury operations, including systems and processes
- Monitor and manage cash flow and liquidity.
- Manage the FX and IR risks
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, as well as debt covenants and terms
- Lead, mentor, and develop the treasury team.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the Board.
- Establish strong relationships with financial institutions including banks, credit rating agencies and advisors.
- Investment appraisal and business development support
Profile
A successful Treasurer should have:
- Experience in Corporate Treasury, ideally infrastructure or Energy
- Experience of financing
- A professional treasury or accounting qualification.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
