Senior Biomedical Engineer

Location - (North West London)

Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a Senior Biomedical Engineer to handle on-site maintenance, repairs, and asset management of medical devices at a specified hospital. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues to ensure outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on medical equipment as per manufacturer guidelines.
  • Assist in meeting contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage administrative tasks related to maintenance and repairs.
  • Travel to various sites for maintenance as needed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols within the hospital.
  • Maintain service documentation and manage spare parts inventory.
  • Collaborate with OEM service personnel when required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Essential: Certified OEM training, degree in Engineering, Electronics, or Biomedical Technology.
  • Skills: Strong customer relationship management, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, high integrity.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the UK on medical equipment maintenance in the UK, knowledge of regulatory standards.
