Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of Haematology & Coagulation sections.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of results.
- Maintain high standards of quality control and assurance.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient care.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and trainees.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain laboratory instruments.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Biomedical Science or equivalent.
- HCPC registration as a Biomedical Scientist.
- Experience in Haematology and Coagulation preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
