Band / Grade role: Band 7 EmbryologistLocation: North West London, IVF unitSalary: NegotiableLength of Assignment: 3 Months +As an Embryologist, you will be responsible for the laboratory processes involved in assisted reproductive technologies (ART). You will work closely with patients and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care and success in fertility treatments.They are a leading fertility clinic dedicated to helping individuals and couples achieve their dreams of parenthood. We pride ourselves on providing cutting-edge reproductive technologies and compassionate care. We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate embryologist to join our team.Key Responsibilities
- Experience in Sperm Preparations, Sperm Freezing, Semen Analysis, egg collection, IVF, ICSI, Stripping Fertilisation Checks, cleavage Embryo Grading, Blastocyst Grading, Annotations, Embryo Transfers, Biopsy (preferable but not essential), Blast VIT, Blast Warm, Egg VIT, Egg Warm, Set-Up
- Monitor and assess embryo development using advanced techniques.
- Collaborate with clinicians to develop individualised treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of lab procedures and patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and laboratory protocols.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Reproductive Biology, Biology, or a related field.
- Certification as a Clinical Embryologist
- Experience in an IVF laboratory setting is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
