What You'll Be Doing

Join our team as a Biomedical Scientist in Haematology and Blood Transfusion, playing a key role in delivering exceptional diagnostic services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing Haematology and Blood Transfusion analysis using automated laboratory systems

  • Conducting Coagulation testing and ensuring accurate results

  • Managing LIMS and adapting to system transitions

  • Ensuring compliance with laboratory protocols and quality control measures

  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care

  • Maintaining high standards in all laboratory procedures

Requirements & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • HCPC registration as a Biomedical Scientist

  • Relevant experience in Haematology and Blood Transfusion

  • Competence in using automated laboratory systems for Haematology, Blood Transfusion, and Coagulation testing

  • Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)

  • Full-time availability (unfortunately, we cannot offer sponsorship)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Commitment to maintaining high standards in laboratory services

Working Hours & Contract Duration

This role requires availability from Monday to Sunday, 37.5 hours per week. The contract is ongoing, with the potential for extension based on performance and service needs.
