This is an excellent opportunity to work for a company who provides Biomedical Engineering Services hospitals in the UK. Based in the City you will be shadowing Biomedical Engineers servicing the HCA Hospital sites. Along with the engineers you will you will support customers to ensure minimal disruption to the operation of the equipment. You will also build long term relationships with customers, subcontractors and staff to ensure an ongoing responsive service.

Your role:

  • Provide telephone assistance and field visits where and when required throughout the assigned region and when required throughout the UK
  • Complete and maintain all administration and documentation in allotted time, to ensure smooth data processing
  • Provide professional and regular information to the customer on related service call.
  • Build good working relationship with customers / users of the equipment.
  • Collaborate with customer service and management teams to maintain company's high service quality standards.
  • In addition there will be occasional assistance needed engineering support on other modalities.

The person:

  • Right to work in the UK status as our client cannot offer any sponsorship
  • Desirable - ONC/D electronis or equivalent
  • Good level of Maths and English
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office suite, Excel
  • Superior integrity and discretion
  • Keen to learn
