Resposibilties :Â
- Help with general office tasks like filing, answering calls, and sorting emails.
- Prepare documents and reports.
- Keep records up to date and organized.
- Answer queries from the public or staff, and direct them to the right department.
- Provide basic information when needed.
- Scheduling and Meetings:
- Take meeting notes and follow up on actions.
- Update and manage data in systems.
- Help prepare reports and data for team use.
- Help with processing invoices and purchase orders.
- Keep track of budgets and expenses.
- Support project teams with paperwork and planning.
- Track project progress and deadlines.
- Ensure tasks are done according to council policies.
- Help implement new procedures or improvements.
- Assist managers and staff with various tasks.
- Arrange travel and meetings for senior staff.
- Help send out communications to staff or the public.
- Work with other departments to share information.
- Assist with using and improving office systems or software.
- Help staff with new tools or training.
