Senior Recruiter - Recruiter Lead
Salary: 70- 90k + plus impressive performance bonus
Remote/ hybrid as you might need to go into a hub office in London
Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be working with a great, global fintech business to recruit a Senior Recruiter. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in a growth and success of the business. You will own the entire recruitment lifecycle, working with hiring managers to drive, refine and continually improve the recruitment process.
The Role:
Some of your responsibilities as a Senior Recruiter are listed below:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers, to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
You will work with stakeholders across the business and around the world, filling roles from mid-level to senior, reporting to the CEO.
Proactively identify and engage with top talent through various sourcing channels.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Define and maintain SLAs / KPIs on.
Holding high standards on grading quality, interview quality, process speed - ultimately, hiring excellence.
Maintain and improve recruitment processes to support the company's rapid growth.
THE CANDIDATE:
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within the fintech or tech industry.
Recruited and closed A+ level talent
Strong ability to source and attract talent using various tools and platforms.
Excellent communication skills.
Been through at least 1 startup / scale up; ideally Series A - D
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Passion for building diverse and high-performance team.
Self-motivated and a self-starter, accountable and consultative.
