Due to expansion a newly created opportunity has arisen for a full time Accounts Assistant to work with a luxurious travel company.

This is a permanent position where you will be working a hybrid working pattern.

Location: Central London

Salary £28,000 + excellent additional benefits

Hybrid working 2 days in the office 3 days WFH.

The role:

  • Responsible accurate processing of purchase invoices in a shared service environment.
  • Process payment runs, ensuring all supporting documents and approvals are attached.
  • Post daily payments to accounting systems and complete monthly payment reconciliations.
  • Track and process company expenses in accordance with the expense policy.
  • Credit Card Reconciliations
  • Accounts Payable Inbox: Monitor and clear the accounts payable inbox daily, ensuring all emails are addressed promptly.
  • Manage the Aged Creditors in line with company policy.
