NEW ROLE: Our client is a travel industry based company seeking a fluent Japanese speak to join their accounts team. You must have strong Microsoft Excel skills and be fully conversant in VLOOKUP & Pivot tables.
Basic accounts experience would also be a major advantage.
Duties will include:
- Checking invoices and ensuring they are accurate
- Updating and maintaining journals
- Data entry
- Resolving invoice / accounts discrepancies
- Liaise with HMRC
- Dealing with banks daily regarding payments
Monday - Friday 9.00am - 17.30pm
Applicants must have valid working VISA and the client will only consider candidates who do not require extensions.
