Bookkeeper required. My client is an interior design firm based in Chelsea, Central London, who are seeking a Bookkeeper to join their dynamic and friendly team to oversee the day-to-day accounting of their studio, on a part-time basis.

Bookkeeper Job Overview- General bookkeeping duties
- Log all information into QuickBooks
- File all financial data and documents
- Liaise with the projects director for project billing and payment schedules - prepare reports for external accountant
- Liaise with the studio manager for studio operation costs
- Accounts payable - process and pay all bills/prepare accounts payable report
- General reports and present in regular financial meetings; accounts, cashflow, forecasts and projects profitability
- Suitable candidates will be fully AAT qualified
- Suitable candidates must have experience with Excel, QuickBooks and Xero
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Previous experience working in architecture, design or furniture industries
- Experience using a Macbook
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction
My client is open to hybrid or remote work, however, would preferably have the suitable candidates working in their studio.
Bookkeeper Salary & Benefits- Competitive salary (depending on experience)
- Two days per week/16 hours per week
- Open to fully remote work - preference is to work in the studio
