Our client is a successful growing independent family office based near Farringdon in central London. They have a large portfolio of properties as well as various business ventures. Due to continued growth they are currently looking to hire an all-round Bookkeeper/ Financial PA to join their friendly team.
This is a great opportunity for a hardworking professional to join their team to take control of Bookkeeping/ Financial PA and operational tasks. They have roughly 10 people in their London office, and it very much has a family feel.
Staff get treated extremely well, the company provide hybrid working (1 day a week in the office), 8% pension contribution, annual bonus, and a flexible working culture.
The role is paying £40,000 - £50,000 (experience dependent).
Job responsibilities
- Bank payments in GBP and Currency
- Financial PA for a High-Net Worth Individual
- Domestic property management: Property and contents Insurance, Fire Alarm and Security contracts, Utilities, any M&E contracts and warranties, gardens maintenance contracts etc (there are domestic staff to take care of household duties)
- Basic numeracy spreadsheet analysis, using MYOB Accounting Edge financial software & quickbooks
- Organise, standardise and coordinate systems across different domestic properties and staff.
Person specification
- Minimum of 3-5 years strong in an accounting/ PA/Operations roles
- Experience in a family office/ HNWI/ UHNWI environment – preferable.

- Strong communication skills
