Are you an experienced Bookkeeper with a passion for accuracy and organization? We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our London team on a hybrid basis. Join a dedicated group of chartered accountants, tax consultants, and business advisors who specialize in the creative industries, from Art and Fashion to Film and Advertising.The role is offered on a full time, permanent basis. Located in a superb London office, offering hybrid working. Key responsibilities: 
  • Manage purchase and sales ledgers to ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Perform bank and card reconciliations, including balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations
  • Post adjustment journals for accruals, prepayments, and other month-end entries
  • Maintain finance controls and processes, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems
  • Prepare monthly Artist statements and support client management with clear, accurate financial records
  • Handle month-end bank payments and reconciliations to support smooth financial operations
  • Reconcile production expenditures and produce detailed final job wrap reports
Key skills: 
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (experience in artist representation or production industries is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with staff and management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Xero is beneficial
