Our client, an award-winning creative design agency, are currently looking for a part-time 1 day a week Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant to join their friendly team.

Due to expansion, they are currently, looking for a new member of the team to assist the Financial Controller It is a part-time position working 1 day a week which can be worked fully remotely.

It is a lovely small organisation to work for with excellent benefits.

This is a permanent 1 day a week position paying £30,000 - £40,000 (pro-rata)... equating to £5000-£8000 in total for a fully remote 1 day a week role.

Job Description

• Sales invoicing – raising invoices/ sending out invoices to clients for projects & retainers.• Credit control – reviewing aged debtors and following up with appropriate response• Supplier invoicing – matching Purchase Order numbers, supplier invoice posting and producing payment schedules• Posting staff expenses• Assisting the Financial Controller with bank reconciliations• Other Ad-hoc duties

Person Specification

  • Friendly and happy to work in a small team
  • At least 1 years’ accounts payable/ Accounts experience
  • Strong Communication skills
