Main Duties include:

Recording financial transactions
Maintaining ledgers
Handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling invoices and statements.
Managing bank transactions and reconciliations, preparing payment runs for authorisation
Payroll, PAYE and pension payments
Managing the Panel's Treasury function
Completing tax forms
Maintaining petty cash
Preparing information for auditors
Keeping an annual budget

Bookkeeper Skills and Qualifications:

AAT qualified accountant with at least 3 years' experience in a similar role
Payroll experience
