Our client a leading UK infrastructure company are looking to bring an immediately available senior Bookkeeper on a 3 month temporary basis. This role will provide the finance team with immediate support of day to day finance duties

  • Day to day accounting responsibility for the main UK trading entity, which includes but not exclusively:
  • Posting of purchase invoices in Netsuite
  • Preparation of intercompany recharge invoices in accordance with the transfer pricing policy
  • Posting of the payroll in Netsuite and liaison with HR and third-party payroll providers to obtain payroll information required to pay employees and prepare
  • Management of employee expenses in Netsuite
  • Preparation of payment runs
  • Management of accruals and prepayments
  • Producing balance sheet reconciliations
  • Perform the monthly closing activities
  • Preparation and submission of VAT return
  • Procurement administration, ensuring compliance with PO policy
  • Preparation of files for audit and working closely with auditors to ensure that signed accounts are filed in good time for filing deadlines
  • Working with third party tax advisors to help produce company tax returns
  • Netsuite subject matter expert for the UK

This is a hybrid role with 3 days based in the London office.
