My client is a market leader within their given market based in Ealing W5. They are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to manage their financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage the purchase ledger and sales ledger.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and project reconciliations.
- Enter data for VAT return preparations.
- Handle various administrative tasks within the accounting office.
- Utilise QuickBooks and Excel for financial management;
- Initially, work 5 days in the office with the potential to move to a hybrid working model.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
- Familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks; proficiency in Excel.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good command of English; knowledge of other languages is beneficial.
- Right mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
