Due to continued success, our client is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant to join their growing department.This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, supportive team environment in a progressive role. Key Responsibilities:* Process Journal Entries and assist with month-end and year-end financial closings.* Manage Accounts Payable, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately* Oversee Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, payment collection and reconciliation.* Maintain accurate Ledger Records and ensure proper documentation is in place.* Assist with bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies when needed.* Working closely with internal teams to support financial reporting and audits.Requirements:* Part qualified / qualified AAT* 4+ years of experience in a finance or real estate finance role, preferably within lending or similar industries.* Strong understanding of Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Journal Entries, and Ledger Maintenance.* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel.Our client is offering a competitive salary and benefits package alongside career growth within a thriving sector.
