Main Duties include:
- Recording financial transactions
- Maintaining ledgers
- Handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling invoices and statements.
- Managing bank transactions and reconciliations, preparing payment runs for authorisation
- Payroll, PAYE and pension payments
- Managing the Panel's Treasury function
- Completing tax forms
- Maintaining petty cash
- Preparing information for auditors
- Keeping an annual budget
Bookkeeper Skills and Qualifications:
- AAT qualified accountant with at least 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Payroll experience
