IPS Group are partnered with a well-established Insurance business operating in the London and Regional markets and the Finance Team Leader is seeking to hire an IBA Technician on an initial six-month FTC which has the ability to be recruited as a fully-remote position with ad-hoc visits to one of the Group's national offices which are scattered across the UK. The successful individual will be joining the organisation to cover a maternity leaver.
Main Responsibilities:- BACS receipt posting and allocation to specific accounts. - Bank Reconciliation. - Monthly Bordereaux and Insurer Account reconciliations. - Monitoring and actioning client refunds. - Raise premium and commission queries and ensure prompt resolution with Account Handlers/Execs/Insurers.- Monitor Insurer/Introducer/Agent account records to investigate and resolve allocation anomolies.
Candidate Profile:- Minimum four years' of experience in IBA/Credit Control in an Insurance environment. - Acturis system experience is required.- Proficiency in MS Excel.
