IPS Group is partnering with a well-established Insurance business to hire an IBA Technician for an initial six-month fixed-term contract, with the option for fully remote work and occasional visits to national offices in the UK.
The role involves responsibilities such as BACS receipt posting, bank reconciliation, monthly bordereaux and insurer account reconciliations, and monitoring client refunds.
Candidates must have a minimum of four years' experience in IBA or Credit Control within an Insurance environment.
Experience with the Acturis system and proficiency in MS Excel are required for this position.

IPS Group are partnered with a well-established Insurance business operating in the London and Regional markets and the Finance Team Leader is seeking to hire an IBA Technician on an initial six-month FTC which has the ability to be recruited as a fully-remote position with ad-hoc visits to one of the Group's national offices which are scattered across the UK. The successful individual will be joining the organisation to cover a maternity leaver.

Main Responsibilities:- BACS receipt posting and allocation to specific accounts. - Bank Reconciliation. - Monthly Bordereaux and Insurer Account reconciliations. - Monitoring and actioning client refunds. - Raise premium and commission queries and ensure prompt resolution with Account Handlers/Execs/Insurers.- Monitor Insurer/Introducer/Agent account records to investigate and resolve allocation anomolies.

Candidate Profile:- Minimum four years' of experience in IBA/Credit Control in an Insurance environment. - Acturis system experience is required.- Proficiency in MS Excel.
