I am recruiting a fantastic opportunity for a Sole Bookkeeper within the fashion and distribution sector. This role is working within a friendly team and offers great flexibility with the option to work remotely (occasional office visits in London)Day-to-day of the role:

  • Bookkeeping & Reconciliation: Maintain accurate records and reconcile accounts across multiple companies using Xero.
  • Credit Control: Prepare debtor reports, manage overdue payments, and coordinate with our factoring company.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Generate cashflow reports and forecasts, manage commission statements, and support payroll calculations.
  • Systems & Database Management: Update and maintain data in Xero, ILevel, and Filemaker to ensure smooth operations.
  • Expense Management: Oversee expense claims, staff mileage, and vendor payments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Xero or similar bookkeeping software.
  • Strong Excel skills and general proficiency with database management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
