A Yacht Accounts Assistant is being recruited by our client based in London. Working as part of a small team and reporting to the Head of Yacht Management, you will have responsibility for:

  • All aspects of purchase ledger - setting up new suppliers, posting invoices and processing payments
  • Daily, weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Card and cash reconciliations and reporting
  • Checking expenses v.budget per cost centre
  • Clearance of suspense accounts
  • Running month end reports for review
  • Other ad hoc related finance duties as required
  • Once a month working in Southampton
  • Occasional travel and meeting customers at events

Ideally AAT qualified with good bookkeeping and computerised accounting experience and good Excel. Experience within the Yachting sector a distinct advantage.A modern working environment is offered, 26 days holiday, hybrid working (2 days office/3 home), study support for ACCA/CIMA study if required and 4% pension.
