The Advocate Group is currently representing a world leader in premium spirits with a distinguished portfolio, looking for a Brand Ambassador to showcase their premium Whiskey and Gin brands.
In this role, you won’t just be representing products—you will be telling the story behind these iconic brands, creating a connection with customers, and bringing the brand's heritage and values to life at every event and activation.
As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be at the forefront of driving engagement, building the brand's presence in the market, and educating consumers on what makes these spirits unique and memorable. Your role as a brand storyteller will be key in crafting and delivering impactful experiences that resonate with customers, generating excitement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the brand by attending events and tastings, telling the story behind the products to build emotional connections with customers.
- Collaborate with marketing on activations and campaigns to amplify brand presence and narrative.
- Foster and strengthen relationships with current customers, ensuring the brand’s story is consistently communicated.
- Generate sales leads through storytelling and product education, working closely with the commercial team to convert opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth education sessions to inform customers about the brand's rich heritage and portfolio, effectively positioning the products in the market.
- Regularly meet with both new and existing customers, ensuring the brand's narrative is conveyed in every interaction.
About You:
- Proven experience within the drinks industry, with a strong understanding of brand storytelling and how to connect emotionally with customers.
- Previous experience within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to weave stories that captivate and engage.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and adds to a positive company culture.
- Creative and a strategic thinker, able to see the big picture and communicate the brand story in innovative ways.
