The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join a global life sciences business specialising in patient access, engagement and insight solutions who sit at the intersection of patients and medicine. Their overall mission is to give patients control of their health through knowledge, choice, convenience, and connection.

This is an initial 6 month fixed term contract where you will be focussed on actively leading the impact assessment, planning and implementation of their new brand. You will be managing the transition to the new brand and making sure it is embedded visually and attitudinally, externally and internally.

Located in London, you will have the freedom to work hybrid with 2-3 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, develop and deliver an appropriate migration plan informing and engaging employees across the diverse organisation
  • Prepare and sensitise all internal departments for the whole process that lies ahead and make the correct resource plans
  • Embed the new brand both internally and externally
  • Be the custodian of our new Brand and all its assets both on and offline with responsibility for the re-alignment from the old to new Company brand
  • Manage the whole implementation process including a full collateral and digital review to ensure that all material is updated and aligned to the new brand
  • Participate in the strategic brand review project, advising stakeholders ensuring they understand the new brand and engage with it appropriately
  • Responsibility for managing and supporting on events aligned to implementation of the new brand
  • Coordinating internal stakeholders to ensure that they achieve all deadlines to successfully implement the brand
  • Managing the creative process with external providers through to implementation of the brand aligned to key milestone and agreed timescales

This contract would suit candidates with a successful track record in delivering internal communications strategies that have delivered a financial impact and improved service quality targets. You will have exceptional influencing skills with evidence of building high performing organisations.

A background and understanding of working within a complex organisation with a diverse range of employees and functions will be important alongside In-depth knowledge of multi-channel communications strategies. You will have experience in providing innovation across an organisation to create value and also have outstanding written and oral communication skills.
