THE COMPANY
Our client is the UK's largest food chain assurance scheme - from farmer to shoppers via retail and the food service industry. Setting standards to reassure consumers that food and drink carrying their logo is produced safely and responsibly.

THE ROLE
The Brand Manager will have significant ownership of our client's marketing strategy and execution, making this an exciting opportunity to progress your career.

You will:

- Develop and execute BTL consumer campaigns in line with business KPIs and objectives
- Work with the comms team to create & execute content for social & digital channels
- Use market and consumer insight to develop engaging content
- Analyse campaign results and incorporate learnings into future planning
- Work with the Head of Marketing & Commercial to determine the future ATL strategy
- Maintain and develop Consumer and Trade websites
- Support the Red Tractor Commercial team to develop & deliver appropriate sales & marketing tools and campaigns
- Manage agency relationships
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders

This role is based in Central London and offers hybrid working.

YOU
To be successful in this Brand Manager role, you will need to be comfortable working in a small team, making decisions and working autonomously. You must also be someone who enjoys collaboration and is comfortable working cross-functionally.

You will also need:

- 5+ years' B2C marketing experience, preferably within food & drinks manufacturing or retail
- Knowledge of leading on and delivering memorable brand experiences, digital marketing campaigns, advertising campaigns, media planning, and brand tracking tools
- Strong strategic and analytical skills with financial/business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Experience of social media, search, display, email, and social listening tools
- Previous experience of delivering consumer research projects and interpreting results
- Ability to translate technical information into engaging, consumer-focused messages
- Previous agency management experience
- Confidence presenting to, engaging with, and influencing, stakeholders at all levels

You must have fluent English Skills and the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
