European Business Development & Marketing Coordinator

up to £45k

Your experience and passion for marketing and business development in the legal sector, is highly sought after by our client, who are a US law firm, are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to join their London team.

In this role, you'll be working closely with lawyers and the Marketing and Business Development team to support key initiatives across their European practices, with a special focus on corporate law. Your creativity and organisational skills will help shape client presentations, pitches, and thought leadership content. You'll also have the opportunity to support client events, both in-person and virtual, while collaborating with the PR team to boost the firm's profile.

This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll thrive if you enjoy juggling multiple projects and are eager to contribute to the firm’s success. Key responsibilities include maintaining business intelligence, drafting submissions for legal directories (like Chambers and Legal 500), and ensuring their marketing materials are always current and compelling.

What they are looking for:

  • 2+ years of marketing or business development experience in a law firm.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with M&A, finance, or litigation content is beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine team-player attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and a knack for producing client-focused content.

This is a hybrid role, with three days in their London office and two days working remotely.
