Overview: We have an exciting and exclusive opportunity for a CRM/Email Marketing Executive to join a dynamic beauty brand in an entirely remote role. The brand is renowned for its innovative beauty products and operates on a direct-to-consumer model through its e-commerce website, catering to customers across the globe, including the UK, US, and Australia.

Role: The CRM & Email Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in strategizing, implementing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer engagement and driving revenue, as email marketing should generate 30% of total revenue. The successful candidate will work closely with the internal team to increase database engagement, improve segmentation, and create impactful email flows and campaigns.

  • Full management of the Klaviyo email platform, including creating and optimizing automated flows and targeted campaigns.

  • Conduct customer-related analysis on Shopify to enhance targeting and campaign performance.

  • Collaborate with the team to implement a customer loyalty program through Yotpo, focusing on retention strategies and rewards.

  • Ideate and write compelling email content that resonates with the audience, including promotional messages, launches, and news updates.

  • Develop and execute an email marketing strategy to ensure consistency in communication and structure across all campaigns.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Increase sign-ups to the email database through innovative strategies and outreach initiatives.

Requirements: We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in email marketing and CRM management, particularly with experience in Klaviyo and Shopify. Candidates should have a proactive approach to driving revenue growth through email marketing.

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM or Email Marketing, with a focus on driving engagement and revenue.

  • Proficient in using Klaviyo for email marketing automation and campaign management; Shopify experience is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Yotpo or similar loyalty program platforms is preferred.

  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging email content.

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to monitor performance and optimize strategies.

  • Experience in the beauty or fashion industry is desirable but not essential.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience.
