We are colaborating with a luxury jewellery brand that has established itself as one of the world's leading jewellers, known for its beauty and versatility. The brand is stocked in some of the most prestigious stores and retailers worldwide.

This exciting role for a Digital Marketing Executive requires a candidate with a strong background in eCommerce, social media, and performance marketing to drive brand growth and engagement. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of collaborating effectively with both internal and external team members. In this position, you will be responsible for managing digital campaigns across multiple channels and overseeing the Shopify website.

You will work alongside the marketing team to create compelling copy that supports brand storytelling. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and execute impactful marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving sales and enhance our digital presence.

The ideal candidate will be come with understanding of digital channels. A passion for luxury fashion and jewellery is essential, along with a keen eye for detail, excellent interpersonal skills, creative flair, and a proactive, self-starter attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel digital marketing strategy, working closely with the founder to ensure cohesive brand messaging and impactful product launches.
  • Manage ShopifyeCommerce marketing, ensuring product listings, promotions, and customer journeys are optimized for sales growth.
  • Lead organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels to enhance engagement and conversion.
  • Create compelling content and copy for social media, email marketing, and website campaigns that align with brand identity and business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with key launches, seasonal promotions, and content strategies.
  • Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance with a strong focus on sales growth, ROI, and key digital KPIs.
  • Organize and oversee brand shoots, from eCommerce product photography to creative campaign visuals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and digital innovations, advising on new strategies to enhance performance.
  • Assist with pop-up events, PR initiatives, and wholesale marketing efforts to strengthen brand visibility across all touchpoints.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, and social media.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify, paid social, and performance marketing metrics.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content for different platforms.
  • Experience in managing affiliate marketing programs and influencer collaborations.
  • Strong analytical skills to track performance and optimize strategies.
  • Passion for luxury fashion, jewellery, and digital storytelling.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Comes with experience using Shopify
