Overview:We are growing rapidly across Europe, with our biggest acceleration currently coming from Germany. The Assistant Brand Manager EMEA will play a crucial role in supporting the Brand Manager in the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives of the brand. This role involves a mix of creative, logistical, and analytical tasks aimed at enhancing brand presence, driving market engagement, and ensuring seamless execution of events and campaigns across multiple markets. The role is perfect for someone with a flexible attitude and a drive for growth. It is a hands-on role that will require the candidate to take on a variety of tasks and projects - no day will be the same, and they will need to be prepared to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. Regular travel to Europe is required.

In a nutshell, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Brand Manager in the activation of the brand plan across the entire product portfolio in major markets across Europe and the Middle East.
  • Developing brand plans and owning the activation across some of the smaller markets in Europe and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Brand Manager in executing consumer engagement and trade marketing plans across EMEA.
  • Assisting in the development of compelling stories for the existing portfolio to maintain growth and support the sales teams in delivering business goals.
  • Collaborating with internal sales teams, external distributor teams, and local agencies to ensure correct briefing and consistent brand execution across all markets. Evaluating performance to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
  • Working alongside local copywriters to adapt campaigns to local markets.
  • Developing tool kits to be used across markets at trade shows, in-store, and experiential activation's.
  • Acting as an ear on the ground for local partnerships, events, and opportunities.
  • Staying up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and concept development.
  • Supporting the Social Media Manager with influencer activations, giveaways, and organic content development.

Specific Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:

  • Fluency in either French or Spanish is mandatory; additional European languages are a bonus.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in marketing (preferably in an FMCG environment) with a preference for experience working across European markets.
  • Demonstrates a passion and understanding of brand management/marketing.
  • A winning work ethic with a high level of personal accountability.
  • Creative thinker who proactively seeks opportunities for brand exposure, growth, and innovation.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends in FMCG.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a willingness to get involved.
  • Proficiency in MS 365 Suite.
