As part of a strategic restructure of the marketing team, this brand is on the lookout for a passionate, experienced Global Head of Brand Ambassadors to set and implement the strategy for a team of Brand Ambassadors across all key regions

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Lead and motivate a global team of Brand Ambassadors, ensuring alignment with brand priorities.
  • Set strategy and ways of working for Brand Ambassadors across internal and third-party distributors.
  • Define the role of Brand Ambassadors in supporting brand growth.
  • Foster collaboration and consistency across brands and markets, reflecting company values.
  • Develop KPIs that balance creativity with marketing and commercial goals.
  • Provide regular reports to measure the effectiveness of Brand Ambassador activities.
  • Share best practices and strategic updates with Brand Ambassadors at all levels.
  • Coordinate scalable global advocacy programs that work across markets.
  • Create a world-class onboarding and training program to enhance brand knowledge and credibility.
  • Plan and execute tastings, events, and experiences to engage key stakeholders.
  • Build a passionate and effective advocacy team, promoting continuous learning and development.

About You:  

  • Experience working in a similar Leadership role within a Luxury FMCG category.
  • Demonstrate an ability to lead and manage a diverse team of brand ambassadors across different regions and cultures.
  • Hold complex strategic thinking, able to develop global strategies that align with the brand’s goals and market positioning.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, especially when overseeing global operations.
  • Have a data-driven mindset, tracking KPIs, ambassador performance, and campaign ROI to make informed decisions.
