Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing & Communications and Business Development teams, including diary management, meeting coordination, and inbox management.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and pitch documents.
  • Help coordinate events, seminars, webinars, and networking activities, ensuring logistics are managed smoothly.
  • Support the creation and distribution of internal and external communications, such as newsletters and client alerts.
  • Maintain and update the firm’s CRM system with relevant business development information, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
  • Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and market trends to support business development initiatives.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, client outreach, and other business development activities.
  • Collaborate with the wider teams to ensure seamless execution of firm-wide marketing and business development strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within a marketing, communications, or business development team.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks and projects.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across different teams.
