Are you passionate about crafting innovative performance marketing campaigns for world-class luxury automotive brands? We are seeking a UK Market Creative Lead for Performance Marketing, an exciting hybrid role blending copywriting and design. You’ll work closely with our Performance Marketing Lead and Integrated Planner to create impactful, integrated campaigns that reflect our client's Modern Luxury Codes while driving commercial success.

This newly created position requires a dynamic, agile personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with the UK Creative Director and broader creative team, balancing brand guardianship with the execution of strategic commercial priorities.

***This is a 6 months, daily rate contract, inside IR35, on a Hybrid working model***

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, adapt, and optimize creative ideas for UK digital paid media channels (print, display, paid social, CRM, website, retargeting).
  • Lead brand campaign adaptations and product campaigns for UK audiences, ensuring seamless execution across platforms.
  • Approve and manage creative and production briefs based on media plans, target audience insights, and customer journeys.
  • Oversee retail campaigns, including service and MOT promotions, crafting templates for UK digital media channels.
  • Ensure all creative output meets performance metrics, continually optimizing campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

  • Proven experience in delivering successful campaigns at an operational level.
  • A highly motivated and organized creative, skilled in balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communicator, adept at building relationships and collaborating across teams.
  • Ability to act as a brand guardian, immersing yourself in product developments, and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Comfortable defending creative strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Knowledgeable in key performance metrics to ensure campaign success.
  • Experienced in using internal tools and systems for streamlined end-to-end campaign management.
