We are seeking a UK Market Creative Lead for Performance Marketing, a unique hybrid role combining copywriting and design. You'll drive the creation, delivery, and optimization of integrated performance marketing campaigns for luxury automotive brands, working closely with our Performance Marketing Lead and Integrated Planner to ensure all creative is aligned and consistent.

In this dynamic, newly created role, you will collaborate with the UK Creative Director and wider creative team, balancing the role of brand guardian with driving the commercial priorities of UK market clients. You’ll develop creative ideas, approve briefs, and ensure that campaigns deliver results, while adapting global assets to meet local market needs.

***This is a 6 months, daily rate contract, inside IR35, on a Hybrid working model***

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and adapt creative ideas for UK digital paid media channels (print, display, paid social, CRM, website, and retargeting).
  • Lead the creation of product, tactical, and retail campaigns for UK audiences, ensuring seamless execution across all platforms.
  • Approve creative and production briefs aligned with media plans and customer journeys.
  • Ensure creative output meets performance metrics and is continually optimized for better results.
  • Collaborate with the UK Creative Director and broader team to balance brand guidelines with commercial goals.

About You

  • Proven experience in delivering integrated marketing campaigns at an operational level.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to deliver creative work on brief and on time.
  • Highly organized and motivated with a passion for creativity, building relationships, and driving campaign success.
  • Ability to act as a brand guardian, staying up to date with product developments and industry trends.
  • Strong communicator, able to explain and defend the strategic thinking behind creative work.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with various stakeholders and using performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Familiarity with internal tools and systems to ensure efficient processes.
