Role and responsibilities

  • Hitting and exceeding meetings targets each month (uncapped commission)
  • Communicating with your client to developing strategic plans and hit target accounts
  • Prospecting and lead generation
  • Hitting activity metrics and KPI's
  • CRM upkeep
  • Sales book club to keep your skills and knowledge fresh and up to date
  • Monthly in person training session with the Managing Director followed by a social event
