Sales Development Representative–£30,000-£35,000– London/ Hybrid

The Role

We are a global company with a long-standing presence in the cosmetics industry, seeking an experienced and pro-active Sales Development Representative.

You will be at the forefront of our efforts to drive new business and grow existing client accounts. Based in our London office, you will play a vital role in identifying and nurturing potential customers while ensuring current clients continue to thrive with us.

Candidates should reside within the M25.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers while actively seeking new business.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify key prospects and plan outreach strategies.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels (calls, emails, chats) to ensure a continuous flow of potential customers for the sales team.
  • Deliver compelling messaging and pitches, positioning our brand as the provider of choice.
  • Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers across multiple industries to drive future growth.
  • Research target accounts, generate leads and follow up on sales prospects.
  • Attend sales meetings, events and training sessions to stay updated on market trends.
  • Report weekly sales activity and pipeline updates to management.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly metrics, such as meetings scheduled and opportunities created.
