My client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Account Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional service. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with talented professionals, and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing strategic guidance to help achieve their business objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of account strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and organizational priorities.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and proactively work to expand client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions, on time and within budget, while effectively managing client expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and proposals that communicate value and drive decision-making.
  • Mentor and guide junior account managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and professional development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, with a proven track record of managing and growing key accounts.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in a senior account management role within a similar industry.
