You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing brand strategy
- Leading and executing the innovation pipeline
- Tracking and analysing brand performance
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders and agencies.
- Driving innovation in product development and marketing techniques
- Managing the P&L
- Developing marketing plans
- Conducting market research to stay updated on consumer trends
- Coordinating with sales and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
Profile
The successful candidate should have:
- Proven experience in a Brand Manager role within the FMCG industry, preferably within food & drink
- Demonstrable influencing skills
- Proven critical thinking and analysis skills
- A strong commercial acumen
- A creative mindset and an ability to think outside the box.
- Proficiency in using marketing software and tools.
Job Offer
A salary of up to 55,000 + car allowance + benefits is on offer for the successful candidate
