Senior RevOps AssociateSaaS£60,000 - £70,000 + benefits 

TalentEdge are representing a rapidly growing SaaS business based in London, as they are seeking a Senior RevOps Associate to join their team. This role is crucial to their continued success and will play a key part in optimising their revenue operations.

The Senior RevOps Associate will be responsible for providing strategic insights and analysis to enhance sales performance, reporting, and pipeline management. This individual will implement and manage reporting dashboards, oversee the deployment and optimisation of CRM tools, and ensure the alignment of sales operations with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RevOps or Sales Ops within a scaling tech business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Insight Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Performance Reporting: Develop and manage comprehensive performance reporting mechanisms to track sales metrics and KPIs.
  • Sales Pipeline Analysis: Monitor and analyse the sales pipeline, providing actionable insights to improve conversion rates and forecast accuracy.
  • Reporting Dashboards: Design, implement, and maintain intuitive reporting dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
  • CRM Implementation: Lead the implementation and optimisation of CRM tools, ensuring they meet the needs of the sales team and align with overall business strategies.
  • RevOps Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute RevOps strategies that drive growth and efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for revenue goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Experience in a RevOps or Sales Ops role within a scaling tech business, preferably in a SaaS environment.
    • Strong experience with sales insight analysis, performance reporting, and sales pipeline analysis.
    • Demonstrated ability to implement and manage reporting dashboards.
