MEP Project Planner Opportunity - Flagship Commercial Project - Central London
MK Search are excited to be working closely with a tier 1 MEP Contractor with a turnover of c. 400m who are looking to engage with an experienced MEP Project Planner to joina flagship 150m commercial project in Central London. The project is going to site and will be entering delivery phases in March, expected to last until late 2026.
General Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, management, and monitoring of detailed project schedules.
- Oversee MEP planning, ensuring flawless integration into the overall programme.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align all construction activities.
- Conduct critical path analyses and identify opportunities for programme optimization.
- Provide clear, data-driven reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Anticipate potential delays and risks, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Champion best practices in planning and resource allocation to drive efficiency.
This is an opportunity to get a foot in the door with a growing and well establiehed contractor who have recently won a variety of projects in the UK and abroad.
