Are you an experienced property management professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a dynamic portfolio of over 2,000 units across prestigious locations.

This role involves managing service managers, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining financial stability within the portfolio. You will be at the forefront of driving operational excellence, developing relationships with clients, and supporting candidates in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Oversee service managers and their tasks, ensuring projects, reactive maintenance, and initiatives are executed efficiently.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example, maintaining regular communication with clients and providing updates on tasks, projects, and queries.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Manage H&S, FRA, asbestos, and all legal requirements, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Financial Oversight: Maintain steady cash flow, authorise expenditures, and create realistic budgets in collaboration with accounts.
  • Major Works: Handle major works projects, including notices, costings, and adherence to regulations.
  • Team Development: Train and manage onsite staff, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with clients, leaseholders, and residents to address concerns, organise meetings, and issue detailed minutes.

Technical Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' property management experience.
  • MIRPM qualification.
  • Proficient in QUBE and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
