Immediate start available at a modern private residential block in Hoxton. Our client is looking for an experienced Building Manager in a lone working role to not only be the first point of contact for residents but also responsible for overseeing the day to day management of the block Key Duties will include ensuring the provision of excellent concierge services for the residents, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, external contractors and colleagues, conducting regular site inspections, acting as the main point of contact for all queries from residents and guests, and helping to ensure the safety of all residents, guest and staff at the development. The successful candidate will have significant experience gained within a similar role, previous experience of delivering excellent customer service a working knowledge of Health and Safety to include COSHH and RIDDOR and carrying out risk assessments. Must be self-motivated with a strong proven track record of working unsupervised in a position of responsibility.
