Caretaker

Responsibilities:

  • To provide/facilitate services to residents.
  • To respond proactively to resident or other requests in a timely and polite manner
  • To communicate effectively with residents, guests, members of staff and contractors
  • Daily cleaning of the common parts
  • To answer the telephone & deal with enquiries, logging and following up on requests
  • To receive, log, and distribute mail/parcels other deliveries to individual properties.
  • To oversee the cleanliness & comfort of reception areas and associated common parts.
  • Responsibility for the maintenance of the highest standards of presentation
  • Responsibility for the daytime security of the estate
  • Reporting and following up on anti-social behaviour, liaising with the police as appropriate
  • Assistance with the implementation and overview of appropriate operational protocols
  • Assistance with Health & Safety compliance
  • To assist with daily administration and office tasks
  • To assist the property management team in monitoring the presence of workmen working at the building and supervising their activities to ensure minimum disturbance to residents.
