Job Description:
Hackney New Primary School is seeking a dedicated and reliable Temporary Caretaker to join our team immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the school premises, ensuring a welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing the school premises
- General maintenance and minor repairs
- Ensuring the school grounds are clean and safe
- Assisting with the setup of school events and activities
- Reporting any issues or hazards to the school management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
