My client is a well-known housing association and they’re seeking experienced Estate Caretakers to clean and maintain internal, external and all common areas of housing blocks and estates.

Hours per week: 35, 0800 - 1600 / Monday - Friday

Key Responsibility:

Take personal responsibility for ensuring that the estate is clean, tidy, landscaped, litter free and safe from hazards by delivering a high quality caretaking and grounds maintenance service to residents. Identify and assist in ways to improve the internal and external environment through working closely as part of a team and taking pride in the role.Rotate bins regularly to ensure refuse chutes are clear and ensure bulk bins are placed ready for collection.Sweep and wash communal staircase and landings as appropriate.Clean internal ledges, sills, handrails, balustrades, doors, walls and remove cobwebs from light fittings and all surroundings.Following the removal of refuse from the dustbins/bulk refuse containers, hose down and disinfect the area.If this is of interest please send me a copy of your CV and I will be happy to give you a call to discuss
