We're looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals with a can-do attitude to work as a Caretaker for our well-established client

Pay rates : 1 2.50 per hour,

Total hour: 36 hour/week

Duties:

• You will be working with a small team of colleagues, providing a high standard of caretaking/cleaning to to the council's housing stock.
• Your duties will involve cleaning internal and external areas, sweeping, mopping, litter picking, bulk waste removal, sweeping of service roads, refuse areas and car parks.
• You will need to be a team player and very customer focused.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• 2 years of work history

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 3 months
