Main Responsibilities:

Keep the school running smoothly.
Ensure the school is clean, safe, and secure.

Key Duties:

Repairs:
- Complete small repairs (fixing doors, painting, plumbing).
- Oversee contractors doing larger repairs.
Safety Checks:
- Regularly check for safety hazards.
- Follow health and safety rules.
Cleaning:
- Manage waste and recycling.
Security:
- Ensure the school is secure.
- Lock and unlock doors.
Groundskeeping:
- Maintain the school grounds (gardening, snow/ice removal).
- Keep outdoor areas tidy.

Skills Needed:
