We're looking for a reliable and proactive Caretaker to join an upmarket residential development in St John's Wood. If you take pride in your work and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, this is a great opportunity to join a well-managed, community-focused site.

We're looking for someone with previous experience in a caretaker, facilities, or general building maintenance role. You'll be hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident working both independently and as part of a team. A friendly, professional approach when dealing with residents is key, along with a good understanding of safety and emergency procedures.
