Estate Operative - Full time- permanent - Pitman shift scheduleSalary: £28K New Opening The Opportunity:An award winning property management company are looking for an Estate Operative for their iconic private residential development in Central London.The building is an incredibly prestigious development in an exclusive location, offering high-tech, state-of-the-art and fully serviced facilities and living, including a gym, spa, swimming pool, and cinema.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate as one-team between all departments to provide an outstanding service across front and back of house, ensuring all areas of the building are at impeccable presentation.
  • Work closely with other team members in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the cleanliness satisfaction of stakeholder.
  • Ensure consistent knowledge of our vision & roots and all other service standards or operating procedures and assist the Logistics .
  • Ensure any keys removed from concierge or estates management are returned to ensure a safe and secure building at all times.
  • Communicate all residents and internal enquiries with the relevant departments ensuring action
  • Assist the housekeeping team in ensuring all communal areas are kept clean and tidy including; wet vacuuming, polishing and general maintenance
  • Undertake basic repair works.
  • Ensure recycling and general rubbish are separated and collections are taking place at regular intervals along with compacting the bins.
  • General upkeep of the buildings and surrounding areas.
