Overview of duties:
路 General maintenance and decorating work.
路 Painting and decorating within the building.
路 To carry out checks on areas of the buildings as required.
路 To carry out repairs and maintenance work as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently and with minimum disruption to employees and visitors.
路 Ensure that all effort is made to repair faults without delay to avoid any inconvenience to employees and visitors.
路 Ensure that you familiarise yourself with and follow all safety rules and procedures in place.
Required Experience and certification:
路 You will have knowledge across all aspects of general maintenances.
路 You鈥檒l either have previous experience in a similar role or have good DIY knowledge and be able to work without supervision.
路 Drivers Licence
路 Plumbing/General building experience would be a bonus.
Hours of Work:
Hours will mainly be 1:00pm to 09:00pm Monday to Friday. Weekend work also available.
